Business Development Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients, and driving growth initiatives to achieve the project’s strategic goals. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills as well as excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and identify potential clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Approach and engage potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that support business development efforts. Provide input on marketing materials, messaging, and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or Marketing. Master degree or relevant certifications are desired.
  • Experience: Previous business development and sales experience is desired.

 

Skills:

  • Professional competency in three languages:  Kurdish, English and Arabic.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft productivity applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Other: Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events (within KRI).

Monthly Pay:

Salary to be decided based on skills and experience plus performance-based incentives
